    I thought the luxe experience would include actual toiletries, not just a bar of soap to wash my hair, ridiculous! Which 5-star hotel has no complimentary coffee in the room? I should've been treated like royalty but it seemed like no one cared. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

    Consider providing proper toiletries like shampoo and body wash!!! The carpets certainly need a deep clean and checkout offers poor temperature control!!! The entrance signage is also unclear!!!

    Super convenient spot!

    This place is super well-located, right next to a shopping center and all the trendy spots. The room was spacious and had a great vibe. The rooftop bar is a must-visit, especially thanks to Violeta's excellent service. Breakfast was awesome too! Just remember to bring your own toiletries. Can't wait to come back!

    The spacious room offered fine views , and the breakfast had plenty of choices. Really good rooftop bar with vibrant ambiance, perfect for watching sunsets. Staff was always warm and helpful .

    Amazing rooftop space for evening drinks and a wonderfully comfortable room with a lovely bed. The gym, although small, had everything I needed for a quick workout.

    A bit more variety in the breakfast would be appreciated, and the staff during breakfast seemed uninterested.

    pleasant stay with some room for improvement

    The location is perfect for exploring the city! The staff was helpful. I appreciated the convenience of the 3-level underground parking garage, made my arrival smooth. The view from my room was fine, especially at sunset, with a amazing cityscape that added an extra touch to my experience.
